A Very Impressive Alberta Indigenous Advocate

Vee Duncan, a long-time homeless, former addict who walked a shopping cart from Calgary to Edmonton to bring attention to indigenous mental health and homelessness. His slogan: “Pulling for Change”. Duncan says he is “asking for a better self because of my addiction and my upbringing, I’m relearning how to live properly, I don’t know how else to put it.” Unfortunately so far, this indigenous role-model is not getting the amount of press coverage his significant positive choice and action deserves.
