The Canadian Museum of History has recorded 800 of its pieces went mysteriously missing over a 10 year period. They have re-found 5 since reporting the 800. Worth reporting? Big hairy deal!

Parents without imagination and empathy

can harm or kill their own children. Imagination and empathy are necessary parental traits to anticipate potential dangerous situations and influences. Kids these days cannot be left without some degree of parental supervision and watchfulness.

I will go to my grave pronouncing “tour”

as “to-er”, as I have heard other Canadians pronouncing the word since 1955 until the last few years when “tore” somehow crept into use confuting things unnecessarily.
