(Examples of art that transcends time and space)
1. The creator with the imagination, inspiration, and vision. Nothing happens without a creator.
2. The object or experience that s/he deliberately and intentionally brings into being. These objects and experiences are always more interesting if they transcend time and place, and if they are true and beautiful.
3. The audience–real or potentially.
All 3 parts are necessary. Artists create new consciousness and bring possibilities into being that were not there before.
The first audience the creator pleases is always him/herself. For some creators that is enough, but there is nothing quite like communicating or sharing art or aesthetic experience with others who might grow or benefit from these creations. Meaning, purpose, and consciousness shared raises the art to a higher level IMHO.
