Celine Joins the Annoying Music Club with Barry

In 2006, a city council in Sydney, Australia, used Barry Manilow’s greatest hits to drive away local youths hanging out in car parks, revving their engines and annoying residents.

Now, in 2023, in New Zealand, Celine Dion’s music is used for late night ‘siren clubs’ public botherations.

Who will be next to be used? Wayne Newton? Britney Spears? Paris Hilton? My personal vote is for Zamfir.
