Don Iveson wants a seawall along the river. At last report, though, he was going to drive the valley bums and street people up and down on the funicular to get to his bike lanes and 3-car LRT. If ever there was a primer on how not to build and run a city, he and city council could author it easily.
Edmonton is not Vancouver. It doesn’t need a seawall, bike lanes, and a funicular for the bums to use as an unsupervised mobile bathroom.
